P50 Cashback for every Maya Registration and Upgrade using EASYTRIP Code Mechanics:

1. Program period is from December 6, 2021 – February 5, 2022*.
2. This program is open to the public who will open a Maya account who will use the code “EASYTRIP” and upgrade.
3. Inputting of promo code is only available to all newly registered Maya accounts from December 6, 2021 – February 5, 2022
4. A new user will be rewarded P50.00 Maya voucher automatically after upgrading his/her account.
5. The maximum reward a user can get during the promo period is P50.00 only.
6. Maya users who previously entered an invite code prior December 6, 2021 are NOT eligible for this program.
7. The P50.00 voucher reward will not be credited to the user if he/she fails to input the promo code first.

9. To redeem the reward voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance
10. Qualified users will receive their voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
11. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing Maya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
12. If a new user is invited by multiple people with invite codes, the promo will only be attributed to the consumer or enterprise whose invite code was entered in the app.
13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
15. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
16. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
17. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies Maya of mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward, within 30 days from the end of the promo period. P50 Cashback for every Easytrip Top Up Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from December 6, 2021 – February 5, 2022 *
2. This promo is open to existing Maya users who will top up their Easytrip wallets using the bills payment or travel feature of the Maya app.
3. To qualify for the promo, user must top up their Easytrip wallet using Maya.
4. Qualified users will get a PHP50 cashback voucher when they top up worth at least P1,500.
5. The promo applies to the user’s one (1) monthly top up payment only. Succeeding transactions within the month will no longer qualify.
6. The maximum cashback each user can earn during the promo period is PHP100.
   1. One (1) P50 cashback voucher for the month of December 6, 2021 to Jan. 5, 2022
   2. One (1) P50 cashback voucher for the month of January 6 to February 5, 2022
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.

9. To top up using the Bills feature of the Maya app, follow these steps:

   3. Select “Toll” from the list of biller categories
   4. Tap “Easytrip RFID”
   5. Enter the required details (e.g. account or serial number) and the amount to be paid
   6. Review and confirm your payment details, then click “Pay”
10. To top up using the Travel feature of the Maya app, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Travel” in the home screen
    3. Select “Toll” under Cashless Travel
    4. Tap “Easytrip RFID”
    5. Enter the required details (e.g. account or serial number) and the amount to be paid
    6. Review and confirm your payment details, then click “Pay”
11. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after their valid payment transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
12. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single bill that is split into multiple bill payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback voucher will NOT qualify.
13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
15. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
16. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient.
18. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
19. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits many not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
