I encountered a transaction error, what do I do?

If this is an In-App transaction: 

  1. Check if you have good internet connection. 
  2. Make sure that you have entered the correct and complete information. 
  3. Check for any reported downtime announced by PayMaya and/or the merchant. 
  4. Try processing the transaction again after a few minutes. 

If this is a Card transaction:  

  1. Ensure that you are using the updated card embedded with EMV chip. 
  2. Check the type of error received. 
  3. Check for any reported downtime announced by PayMaya and/or the merchant. 
  4. Try processing the transaction again after a few minutes.
