How do I upgrade my account?

  1. Log on to the PayMaya app, access the MENU (for Android) or tap MORE (for iOS), then tap UPGRADE MY ACCOUNT (for Android) or UPGRADE FOR FREE (for iOS).
  2. Fill out the required information. Please ensure that the Name and Birthday you entered in the Upgrade Application form matches the Name and Birthday reflected in the Valid ID that you will be uploading.
  3. Upload a photo of your valid ID/s, Liveness Clip, and required documents; then tap SUBMIT.
  4. You will receive a verification code through the app and SMS, which you can use as a reference when contacting Customer Service if you haven’t received your upgrade status update after 24 hours.
  5. Depending on the status of your application, you might be required to tap on the START VIDEO CALL button to talk to an available Upgrade Officer who will validate your application. 

Once your application is approved, you can instantly enjoy all the perks of your upgraded account!
