I was tagged as a Duplicate Account, what do I do?

This means that you have another existing PayMaya account. You can only have one PayMaya account per person.

You can contact our official support channels to request change your registered number. 

Please have the following ready when you make your request:

1. Valid ID that matches the name registered in your PayMaya account.
2. Letter of request which should include your old and new number to be registered in PayMaya.
