3. Qualified users can avail of a cashback on the items available in the PayMaya app during the promo period

4. Cashback for first time buyers will only be awarded once per shop category, then users will be tagged as returning buyers relative to the shop category.
   
5. Maximum cashback of first time users will receive is P100.00 cashback voucher per transaction.
   
6. Maximum cashback of returning users is P100.00 per category, and maximum cashback of returning users for the entire promo is P400.00 cashback voucher for the entire promo duration.
   
7. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app.
   
8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
      
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
      
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
      
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
      
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
      
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
      
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
10. All transactions done on the specified days and participating SKUs indicated above will receive a raffle entry for a chance to win one (1) of the three (3) Oppo Reno 5 devices, one (1) of the three (3) Oppo A94 devices, or Php 5,000.00:

13. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on April 30, 2021, 11:59PM.
    
14. 3 winners of Oppo Reno 5 and 3 winners of Oppo A94 will be drawn in the Grand Draw. The Grand Draw will happen on May 5, 2021 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative.
    
15. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
    
16. Winner can only win once during the promo period.
    
17. The winner will be notified via phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
    
18. Winners may claim their prize at PayMaya Philippines, Inc head office at 6/F Launchpad Building, Sheridan corner Reliance, Brgy. Highway hills, Mandaluyong City.
    
19. PayMaya will send the prizes to provincial winners.
    
20. PayMaya will manage the delivery and shoulder courier fees for provincial winners.
    
21. All winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to claim their prize to support@paymaya.com or present it when claiming at the PayMaya Philippines Inc, head office.
    
22. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official PayMaya Facebook page.
    
23. Winners have until 60 days from receipt of notification, to claim the prize. Failure to claim will forfeit the prize with prior DTI approval.
    
24. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
    
25. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
    
26. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
    
27. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
    
28. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
    
29. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    
30. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
    
31. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
