Log-in and win up to P1 Million!

1. Promo runs from December 1 – 31, 2021
2. This promo is open to new and existing PayMaya users (consumer accounts only) who will log in to their PayMaya apps AND do a qualified promo transaction within the promo period
3. Qualified users will receive a random reward in the form of instant PayMaya credits when they log-in everyday to their PayMaya app within the indicated promo period. The random reward can amount to any of the following:
   1. PHP 0.01 PayMaya Credit
   2. PHP 1,000 PayMaya Credits
4. Qualified users can receive the random reward once (1x) every day for the promo duration.
5. Qualified users who have earned the random reward will be notified via SMS, and the instant credits will automatically be credited to their wallet balance.
6. Qualified users will receive their random reward anytime from the moment of their qualified action to up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
7. Bill payment transactions for billers under the “donation” and “others” categories in the PayMaya app are not eligible for a reward for this promo.
8. Only Send Money transactions sent to unique verified PayMaya accounts will qualify for the promo.
9. In addition, qualified users can earn raffle entries by doing any single-receipt qualified PayMaya transaction for a chance to win PHP 1,000,000 at the end of the promo period.
10. Users can do any of the following qualified PayMaya transactions to earn raffle entries during the promo period:
    1. Purchasing of prepaid load from the PayMaya Shop
    2. Purchasing of gaming pins from the PayMaya Shop
    3. Paying of any bill via PayMaya’s in-app Bills Payment feature
    4. Sending Money to a unique PayMaya user
11. Computation of raffle entries will be as follows:
    1. 1 Bill paid = 1 raffle entry
    2. 1 Send Money transaction = 1 raffle entry
    3. 2 qualified transactions (prepaid load purchase and gaming pins purchase) = 2 raffle entries
12. Qualified raffle participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction:

13. The deadline for earning raffle entries is December 31, 2021, 11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time
14. There will be a total of one (1) winner of PHP 1,000,000 for the entire promo duration.
15. The winner will be drawn on January 14, 2022, after the promo period has ended.
16. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period. A user can only win once during the promo duration.
17. PayMaya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
18. The draw will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The promo winners will be announced anytime from the raffle draw to up to fourteen (days) after the raffle draw. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
19. The names of all the winners will be announced on PayMaya’s official Facebook page.
20. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize disbursement.
21. Prizes are transferable.
22. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
23. With prior approval of DTI, PayMaya Philippines, Inc. reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
24. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of PayMaya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
25. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
26. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. and the MVP Group of Companies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

28. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued
29. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
30. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
31. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya and the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
32. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
