Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from July 1, 2020 – August 31, 2020. Promo is EXTENDED until September 30, 2020, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users with upgraded accounts who will scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at participating Petron branches*. (See below for list of participating branches)
  3. Qualified customers will enjoy PHP5 off* per liter (computed as 12% cashback or voucher, capped at PHP500 per month) when they scan-to-pay with PayMaya QR at Petron. Minimum spend of PHP100 is required, as approved by DTI-FTEB.
  4. Only PayMaya users with upgraded accounts are qualified to join this promo. Non-upgraded users who scan-to-pay a minimum of PHP100 via PayMaya QR at Petron will be eligible to receive a one-time PHP30 cashback upon successful upgrade of his/her PayMaya account. Succeeding transactions after successful upgrade will qualify for 12% cashback or voucher, capped at PHP500 per month.   5. Qualified users can earn up to PHP500 cashback per month.
    1. Month 1: July 1-31, 2020
    2. Month 2: August 1-31, 2020
    3. Month 3: September 1-30, 2020
  6. The maximum cashback or voucher each user can earn during the promo period is PHP1,500 (PHP500 x 3 months).
  7. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  8. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  10. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  11. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the benefit.
  12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  13. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits many not receive their prize on time. The prize can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  14. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please call (+632) 8845-7788 or email support@paymaya.com.
  15. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  16. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
