Promo runs from October 20 – December 31, 2021

Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from October 20 to December 31, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya consumer account holders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will pay for their Smart Postpaid, Sun Postpaid or Smart Bro bill via Paymaya.
  3. Users can participate in the promo and earn cashback when they Pay One (1) Smart Postpaid, Sun Postpaid or Smart Bro bill for at least P999.
  4. A user can earn P100 cashback voucher only once the bill has been confirmed and posted.
  5. A user can earn a maximum of P100 cashback voucher for the whole promo duration.
  6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app.
  7. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
  8. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  9. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
  10. This promo cannot be cannot be used or claimed in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer running within the same period.
  11. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  12. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  13. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
  14. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
