Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from August 1 to December 31, 2020.
  2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users who will pay their SMART Postpaid / Smart Bro or Sun Cellular bills in full via the PayMaya app.
  3. Qualified users will get a P50 cashback voucher when they pay a SMART Postpaid / Smart Bro or Sun Cellular bill worth at least P1,000 each.
  4. The promo applies to the user’s FIRST Smart Postpaid / Bro and / or Sun Cellular bill payment/s every month only. Succeeding transactions within the same month will no longer qualify.
  5. The maximum cashback each user can earn is P100 per month-- P50 cashback voucher for each Smart Postpaid or Smart Bro and Sun Cellular bill paid (total of P500 during the promo period).
  6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app.
  7. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
  8. The promo is applicable to SMART POSTPAID / SMART BRO / SUN CELLULAR transactions only. Other billers are not included in this promo.
  9. To pay for SMART Postpaid and/or Smart Bro and/or Sun Cellular bills using the PayMaya app, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Pay Bills” in the home screen
    3. Select SMART Postpaid or SMART Bro or Sun Cellular from the list of billers
    4. Enter the required details (e.g. account or reference number) and the amount to be paid
    5. Review and confirm your payment details, then click “Pay”
  10. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after their valid payment transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the end of each month.
  11. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single bill that is split into multiple bill payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback voucher will NOT qualify.
  12. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other prepaid load promos from PayMaya running during the same period.
  13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  15. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
  17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  18. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  19. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits many not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  20. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.
