Promo Mechanics:

For the Cashback Promo:

  1. Promo period is from February 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022.
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya users who will pay with PayMaya for their PAG-IBIG, SSS, PRC, and BIR transactions online or through the app.
  3. Users who will pay for the first time will earn a 10% cashback voucher. Users can avail of a maximum of PHP 200.00 for cashback.
  4. Recurring transactions will earn a 5% cashback voucher. Users can avail of a maximum of PHP 200.00 per month for cashback.
  5. Users that pay their transactions through bills pay can earn their cashback voucher once the bill has been successfully posted.
  6. Qualified users can only avail of the promo once per month.
  7. Qualified users for the cashback promo will receive an SMS notification after they have completed the qualified transaction.
  8. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app.
  9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:  
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.  
    2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.  
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”  
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”  
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.  
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
  10. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  11. This promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos.
  12. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback will NOT qualify.
  13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
  14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.  
  15. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
  17. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  18. PayMaya Negosyo accounts/merchant accounts are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  19. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time.
  20. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP50,000 for starter accounts and PHP100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  21. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo 15 days from the transaction date. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final.   22. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.

For the Registration Promo:

  1. Promo period is from February 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022.
  2. This promo is open to anyone who will register to a PayMaya account using the code “BILLSBAYAD” and will upgrade their account.
  3. Inputting of promo code is only available to all newly registered PayMaya accounts from February 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022.
  4. A new user will be rewarded a PHP 100.00 PayMaya voucher automatically upon upgrading of newly registered account.
  5. The maximum reward a user can get during the promo period is PHP 100.00 only.
  6. PayMaya users who previously entered an invite code prior January 15, 2022 are NOT eligible for this program.
  7. The PHP 100.00 voucher reward will not be credited to the user if he/she fails to input the promo code first.
  8. Qualified users will receive an SMS notification after their successful registration and account upgrade.
  9. To redeem the reward voucher, follow these steps:  
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account.  
    2. Tap “Vouchers” on the home screen.  
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim.”  
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now.”  
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.  
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance.
  10. Qualified users will receive their cashback any time after their valid QR transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
  11. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
  12. If a new user is invited by multiple people with invite codes, the promo will only be attributed to the consumer or enterprise whose invite code was entered in the app.
  13. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
  14. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
  15. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  16. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – PHP 50,000 for starter accounts and PHP 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
  17. Any reward credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of any mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to incorrect reward credited or uncredited reward within 30 days from the end of the promo period. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
