1. Promo period is from May 5-16, 2021
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya consumer accountholders who will transact on the Huawei App Gallery and pay with their Maya-registered mobile number.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn one (1) raffle entry for every P50 minimum spend transaction. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:
   1. Less than P50 purchase = 0 raffle entry
   2. P50 purchase = 1 raffle entry
   3. P70 purchase = 1 raffle entry
   4. P100 purchase = 2 raffle entries
4. In addition, users are also able to spin for daily prizes in the campaign page:
   1. They would be able to get either a P50 AppGallery coupon or a P100 cashback voucher from Maya
   2. The AppGallery coupon may be used to offset any future in app purchases via Huawei AppGallery
   3. The Maya cashback voucher can be used in the Maya app and would be added to the total wallet balance of the user (to be disbursed to user’s Maya account within 7 days of winning the prize).

6. Online payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a raffle entry.
7. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on May 16, 2021 11:59PM.
8. There will be a total of 19 winners for the entire promo duration. Winners will receive their prize via Maya vouchers disbursed to their app within 14 days of the announcement.

9. Winners will be drawn weekly and the grand prize winner will be drawn on May 17, 2021.

10. Weekly winners will not be entitled to win in the succeeding draws for minor prizes but will still be eligible for the grand prize (P50,000)
11. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
12. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
13. The weekly and grand draws will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The grand prize winner will be announced to the public on May 20, 2021. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
14. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page and Huawei Mobile Services Facebook page.
15. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
16. Prizes are transferable.
17. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
18. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
19. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
20. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
21. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.

MAYA GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

22. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
23. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., and Ideas x Machina (advertising agency) including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

25. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued
26. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
27. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

29. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.

1. All winners shall accept Prizes as they are. Huawei Philippines makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prizes in this Campaign. Huawei Services HK assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the Prizes or the nature/consumption of the prizes and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
2. Huawei Philippines reserves the right to change the Prizes with prizes of similar value with prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion. Decisions by Huawei Philippines will be final and no appeals will be entertained.
3. All Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.
4. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of HUAWEI Points are the sole responsibility of the HUAWEI ID Users.

11. Huawei Philippines processes and uses any personal data as provided by the participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the local applicable laws and the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”). The data shall be processed for lawful purposes directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign as well as delivering the prize to the winner. Any personal data provided is retained no longer than 12 months after the Campaign.
