Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from June 7 - 21, 2021
2. This promo is open to all Maya users (consumer accounts only) who will pay with Maya for their MLBB purchases on the Codashop website (https://www.codashop.com/ph/).
3. To participate in this promo, the user must:
   1. Go to the Codashop website to purchase MLBB diamonds using Maya. A valid email address must be entered upon purchase.
   2. An email with a promo registration link will be sent.
   3. The user must click the link to be directed to the promo registration page.
   4. The user will have to complete the form and enter their: Full name, email address, phone number associated with Maya account and Order ID, then click Submit to qualify.
4. 1 Order ID = 1 entry (provided that the above conditions are met).
5. One purchase will earn the user one raffle entry.
6. Payments made via the Maya virtual or physical card are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a raffle entry.
7. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on June 21, 2021, 11:59PM.
8. There will be ten (10) winners of P2,000 Maya credits and ten (10) winners of MLBB skins.
9. The winners of Maya credits will receive his/her prize via vouchers disbursed to his/her Maya account. Vouchers will expire within 60 days of the disbursement date.
10. The winners of MLBB skins will receive his/her prize via email. Vouchers will expire within 60 days of the disbursement date.
11. A winner can only win once during the promo period.
12. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
13. The raffle draw will take place on June 23, 2021 and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The prize winners will be announced to the public on June 25, 2021. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
14. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page (www.facebook.com/MayaOfficial).
15. The winner will be notified via e-mail and phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
16. Prizes are non-transferable.
17. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
18. The winner must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
19. Maya reserves the right to use the name, images, and videos of the winner for publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation.

21. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
22. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
23. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
24. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
25. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., Coda Payments Pte. Ltd., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
