Mobile phone must not be beyond 18 months old from purchase date

 

Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from November 12 to December 15, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines who will purchase Mobile Protect in the PayMaya app within the promo duration.
  3. Qualified PayMaya users are entitled to a free one-month Mobile Protect plan for a unique mobile phone device when they purchase Mobile Protect for the first time. There will be no charge at the point of purchase of the plan. Users will only be charged P10 to tokenize their PayMaya account, which will be credited back to their PayMaya account.
  4. To purchase Mobile Protect, follow these steps:
    1. Log in to your PayMaya app.
    2. Tap the "Protect" icon on the app's home screen/dashboard.
    3. Tap "Mobile Protect" and choose which mobile protection plan you like to subscribe to for your device.
    4. Read and agree to Terms and Conditions required before sharing any information.
    5. Provide your personal and smartphone details.
    6. Proceed to pay using your PayMaya account. Customer notification will be sent to you with all your purchase details.
    7. A Phone Diagnostics Test is required for smartphones beyond 14 days from purchase date but not older than 18 months old.
  5. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya consumer accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued. 
  6. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  7. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  8. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  9. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
