Promo Mechanics

1. Promo period is from December 12-24, 2019
2. The promo is open to all Shopback and PayMaya users
3. The program is only qualified to PayMaya accounts running on the following PayMaya app releases and above.
   1. Version 2.17 on Android
   2. Version 2.1.0 on iOS
4. Users can qualify by using the link posted in the PayMaya Facebook and Deals page. 
5. The link will redirect the users to a PayMaya rewards page in Shopback
6. The user will get the PHP200 Shopback voucher once he/she uses his/her PayMaya Virtual or Physical card.
7. How to redeem:
   1. EXISTING/UPGRADED PayMaya users (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB 23917, Series of 2019):
      1. Click the link (https://app.shopback.com/paymaya1212) to be redirected  to a PayMaya Rewards page inside the Shopback App.
      2. Follow the mechanics in the page then purchase through Shopback using their PayMaya Virtual or Physical card
      3. Once user purchases from the partner merchants and is validated by Shopback, the user will receive the PHP200 cashback in their Shopback wallet. 
   2. NEW/UN-UPGRADED PayMaya users (DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB 21717 Series of 2019):
      1. User to download and register to PayMaya then upgrade their account.
      2. Once upgraded, the user can input the code: SHPBCKPYMY to get PHP50 PayMaya credits.
         1. To get another PHP50, the user can Send for PHP25 PayMaya credits and/or Spend for PHP25 PayMaya credits
            1. First time to send money to another PayMaya user and/or spend with his/her PayMaya account during the promo period (minimum PHP1 send or spend value)
            2. Wait for an SMS to confirm your reward receipt
      3. Click the link (posted in the PayMaya Facebook and Deals page) that will redirect them to a PayMaya Rewards page inside Shopback App.
      4. Follow the mechanics in the page then purchase through Shopback App using their PayMaya Virtual or Physical card
      5. Once user purchases from the partner merchants and is validated by Shopback, the user will receive the PHP200 cashback in their Shopback Wallet.
8. The user will be rewarded P50 PayMaya credits upon successful upgrade and will receive an SMS confirmation.
9. A successful transaction entails the following:
   1. The user successfully created an account using the promo code.
   2. The user successfully upgrades his/her PayMaya account. 
10. Upon successful upgrade of the user’s PayMaya account during the promo period, he/she will also be rewarded with P50, which will be credited directly to his/her PayMaya account.
11. The P50 reward will not be credited to the user if he/she fails to input the promo code and upgrades his/her account first. The reward will only be credited if the exact sequence is followed: 
    1. Input promo code
    2. Upgrade account
12. The reward will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya user creates another account with a different mobile number.
13. Any user who uses an promo code and upgrades his/her account after the end of the program period will not receive the reward.
14. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
15. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
16. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rebates or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
17. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their reward on time. The reward can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
18. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received it.
19. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled purchase, even if the rewards or prizes have been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
20. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
21. Any reward or cashback credited to the qualified user shall be deemed final unless the customer notifies PayMaya of the mistake in crediting, such as, but not limited to: incorrect cashback amount credited or uncredited cashback amount, within 30 days from the end of the promo period.
