Promo Mechanics:

1. Co-Marketing Promo is available to all Users with good credit standing who purchase products from the AA Shop Platform.
   
2. The Co-MarketingPromo will commence on April 26, 2021 at 10:00 (GMT +8) and shall end on May 31, 2021 at 23:59 (GMT +8) (“Promo Period”).
   
3. Users are entitled to a PHP100 discount when they spend a minimum amount of PHP1,000 (on a single receipt) on AA Shop Platform, provided the Users use their PayMaya-registered mobile numbers to make payment for the purchase.
   
4. To be entitled to the PHP100 discount, Users shall enter the code “PAYMAYA100” at the checkout page and choose PayMaya as their payment method.
   
5. SHOP365 will not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement offers, discounts, credits, cash or otherwise compensate Users for the inability to benefit from the promotion. The discount code is not transferable and non-Users are not entitled to benefit from the Co-Marketing Promo.
   
6. The Co-Marketing Promo is applicable to unique and valid consumer accounts only. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this Co-Marketing Promo.
   
7. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
   
8. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or discounts to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent.
   
9. Users must notify PayMaya for any complaints or concerns regarding the PayMaya mode of payment. Users shall notify SHOP365 for any complaints or concerns regarding the AAShop Platform and the shopping experience on the AA Shop Platform. The decisions made by PayMaya and SHOP365 on the complaint in accordance with the DTI-Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau shall be considered final.
