Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from December 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021
2. This promo is open to all PayMaya users who will scan-to-pay in full with PayMaya QR at any participating Caltex station.
3. Every purchase of at least PHP 100 via PayMaya QR will entitle the user to earn one raffle entry for a chance to win one of the following:

4. All raffle entries are cumulative from the start until the end of the promo period. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS..
5. A total of 151 winners will be chosen via electronic raffle draw in the presence of a DTI representative at the PayMaya office in Mandaluyong City or via video call on the following dates:

6. Announcement of winners will be via PayMaya’s official Facebook page. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
7. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity.
8. Prizes will be in the form of PayMaya credits and will be automatically credited to the winners’ registered PayMaya account.
9. Winners can only win once.
10. Prizes are non-transferable.
11. The winners must agree to have his/her photos/videos taken and name published as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
12. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
13. With prior approval of DTI-FTEB, PayMaya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within 60 days upon registered notice.
14. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
15. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
16. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
17. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
18. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
19. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Chevron Philippines Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., and Ideas x Machina (advertising agency), including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity of affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle.
20. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize on time. The prize can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
