1. Promo period is from March 15, 2018 to May 15, 2018.
2. The promo is open to all PayMaya app and PayMaya in Messenger users who will pay the following utility billers:

PLDT HOME
PLDT ULTERA
SMART (POSTPAID)
SMART BRO
SUN CIGNAL
MAYNILAD

3. To qualify for the 10% rebate for each biller (maximum of P100) and to earn raffle entries to the promo (chance to win P100,000), the user must:

Pay his/her bill using the PAY BILLS feature in the PayMaya app or PayMaya in Messenger
Pay his/her bill during the promo period
Pay his/her bill in full and on time (overdue bills do not qualify)

4. The rebate can only be availed of once per utility per month. If you pay for multiple bills for the same
utility during the month, only the first transaction will qualify. The maximum amount of rebates that a user
can earn during the two-month promo period is P1,600.

Moreover, each valid bills payment transaction earns the user one raffle entry for a chance to win P100,000.

Result: User gets a total rebate of P800 and 10 raffle entries. Only the first Smart bills payment transaction
is recognized per month.

5. Rebates will be credited 14 business days after each successful bills pay transaction.
6. All raffle entries are accumulative during the entire promo period.
7. Participants will be updated of their raffle entries via SMS on April 20, 2018.
8. Ten (10) winners of P100,000 each will be drawn by PayMaya together with a DTI representative on May
25, 2018, 4:00PM at the PayMaya office (6F Launchpad Building, Reliance corner Sheridan Streets, Mandaluyong City).
9. The prizes will be credited to the winners’ PayMaya accounts within seven business days after the raffle
draw.
10. A user can only win once.
11. The promo organizer’s decision is final with the concurrence of DTI.
12. These promos apply to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only.
13. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts and who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their rebates on time. The
rebates can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
15. Winners will be notified via phone call and registered mail.

A PayMaya representative will call each of the winners to verify their mobile number, their
affinity with the company and willingness to share news about PayMaya.
A PayMaya representative will coordinate with the winners regarding the date and time they
can claim their prize at the PayMaya office (6F Launchpad Building, Reliance corner Sheridan
Streets, Mandaluyong City).
Winners must present a valid ID upon prize redemption.

16. Winners will be announced on PayMaya’s Facebook page (facebook.com/PayMayaOfficial) on May 28,
2018, with a matching photo and/or video of the winners during their visit at the PayMaya office
17. PayMaya Philippines Inc. shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
18. PayMaya Philippines Inc. reserves the right to use the names, images, and videos of the winners for
publicity and promotion purposes without further compensation.
19. All employees of PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc., Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc., MediaQuest Holdings, Maynilad Water Services Inc., Voyager Innovations Inc., and PayMaya Philippines including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle component (chance to win P100,000) of this promotion.
