1. Promo period is from June 1 – 20, 2021
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya consumer accountholders that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using Maya.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn raffle entries by performing any of the following actions during the promo period:
   1. Add money worth at least P300 in their Maya account via the different Add Money channels except for credit and debit card.
4. A user can earn one raffle entry for every P300 worth of added money. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:

   2. P600 add money = 2 raffle entries
6. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

7. The following transactions are NOT included in this promo and will not earn a raffle entry:
   1. Add money made via credit and debit cards
   2. Receiving money from another Maya user
8. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on June 20, 2021, 11:59PM.
9. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
10. There will be a total of 30 winners for the entire promo duration.

11. Winners will be drawn on June 22, 2021.
12. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
13. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
14. The weekly and grand draws will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The grand prize winner will be announced to the public on July 5, 2021. The promo organizer’s decision to award the grand prize to the selected winner is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
15. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
16. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
17. Prizes are transferable.
18. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
19. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
20. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
21. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
22. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
23. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
24. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., and Ideas x Machina (advertising agency) including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

26. This promo is applicable to unique and valid Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued
27. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
28. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).

30. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
