1. Promo period is from September 14 to 17, 2021.
2. This promo is open to all new and existing Maya consumer accountholders (verified users only) that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using Maya within the promo duration.
3. Users can participate in the promo and earn one (1) raffle entry when they send a minimum of Php 10 to a unique verified Maya user. Raffle entries will be computed as follows:
   1. Less than P10 sent = 0 raffle entry
   2. P20 sent = 1 raffle entry
   3. P40 sent = 1 raffle entry
   4. P60 sent = 1 raffle entry
4. Sending money must be done through Maya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the Maya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
   1. Maya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   2. Maya to Smart Padala
   3. Bank Transfers to Maya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   4. Smart Padala to Maya
5. The user can earn the raffle entry only after sending the minimum amount of Php 10 to a unique verified user. Any amount in excess of the Php 10 requirement will not be carried over to the next transaction.
6. Qualified participants will receive an SMS notification after each successful transaction.

7. Deadline of earning raffle entries is on September 17, 2021 11:59PM.
8. There will be a total of 10 winners for the entire promo duration who will each win Php 100,000. Winners will receive their prize via 10 Maya vouchers amounting to Php 10,000 each (10 x Php 10,000 = Php 100,000) disbursed to their app within 14 days of the announcement.
9. The 10 winners will be drawn on September 20, 2021.
10. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period.
11. Maya shall shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
12. The drawing of winners will be conducted via Microsoft Teams with a DTI representative. The grand prize winner will be announced to the public on September 22, 2021. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
13. The names of all the winners will be announced on the Official Maya Facebook page.
14. The winner will be notified via e-mail, phone call to their Maya-registered mobile number and via registered mail. A Maya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
15. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.
16. With prior approval of DTI, Maya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption.
17. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days upon receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Maya Philippines, with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
18. The winners must agree to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Maya regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.
19. Videos and photos of participants may be used only for promotional ads related to this campaign.
20. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
21. All regular and contractual employees of Maya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc. including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

23. This promo is applicable to unique, valid, and verified Maya accounts only. Maya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit, even if already issued.
24. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
25. Maya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
26. The customer must notify Maya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Maya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@maya.ph.
27. Maya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
