Earn a P50 voucher for every P10,000 sent to a PayMaya user

 

Promo Mechanics:

  1. Promo period is from October 27 to 31, 2021.
  2. This promo is open to all new and existing PayMaya consumer accountholders (verified users only) that are currently residing in the Philippines, who will transact using PayMaya within the promo duration.
  3. Qualified users can earn a Php 50 voucher when they send a minimum of Php 10,000 to a unique verified PayMaya user.
  4. Sending money must be done through PayMaya’s Send Money feature and receiving money must be through the PayMaya account to qualify for the promo. Sending money through the following are NOT qualified transactions:
    1. PayMaya to Bank Transfers (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
    2. PayMaya to Smart Padala
    3. Bank Transfers to PayMaya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
    4. Smart Padala to PayMaya
  5. The user can earn the Php 50 voucher only after sending the minimum amount of P10,000 to a unique verified user. Any amount in excess of the Php 10,000 requirement will not be carried over to the next transaction.
  6. Each user can earn a Php 50 voucher for each Php 10,000 that they send to a unique verified PayMaya user. Each user can participate up to ten (10x) times to get the max reward of Php 500 worth of vouchers (Php 50 x 10) for the whole promo duration.
  7. To redeem the voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
  8. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
  9. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
  10. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
  11. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes if one person has already received the prize or benefit beyond the maximum reward, even if already issued.
  12. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
  13. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent or a result of gaming (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
  14. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or reward equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback or reward has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
  15. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
  16. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – Php 50,000 for starter accounts and Php 100,000 for upgraded accounts.
