Get up to P50,000 when you Send Money

1. Promo period is from January 15 to January 22, 2022.
2. This promo is open to all users who receive the following marketing notifications via SMS, Push Notification, PayMaya marketing materials, and digital ads:
   1. Get 5,50,500, or 50000 when you send money to at least 7 different users until January 22, 2022! Visit the PayMaya app to learn more.
3. To be eligible for the reward, users must: send at least PHP7 pesos to at least 7 users within the promo duration
4. Users will have the chance to get a reward ranging from 5, 50, 500, and 50,000 and can win once within the promo duration.
5. The following send money transactions will not qualify for the promo:
   • User sent money below PHP7 to 7 users within the promo duration
   • User sent money above PHP7 to less than 7 users within the promo duration
   • User sent money via Bank Transfer (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
   • User sent money from a PayMaya Consumer account to Smart Padala
6. The random cashback voucher can amount to any of the following:
   • PHP 5.00
   • PHP 500.00
   • PHP 5,000.00
   • PHP 50,000.00
7. The minimum Send Money amount required is indicated as follows:
   1. PHP 7 for each single-receipt Send Money transaction
   2. PHP 49 to qualify for the reward (PHP 7 x 7 unique upgraded PayMaya user)
8. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
9. Splitting of payment transactions will not be allowed. A single transaction that is split into multiple transactions/payments with the intention of redeeming more than one cashback voucher will NOT qualify.
10. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya Consumer accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will NOT be considered valid.
11. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the PayMaya app at any time after their valid transaction to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
13. PayMaya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
14. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback vouchers to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent: duplicates, created by blacklisted users, solely created for gaming the promo, (i.e., abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. PayMaya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw cashbacks to accounts with suspected invalid transactions even if the user has already received or redeemed the cashback.
16. Should a qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. PayMaya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, PayMaya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
18. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
19. All PayMaya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
