Get up to P500 when you receive money via PayMaya!

Promo Mechanics:

1. Promo period is from April 16-22, 2021. Promo is extended until April 30, 2021, as approved by DTI- FTEB.
2. Promo is open to all PayMaya Consumer users. with upgraded accounts. For more details on how to upgrade your PayMaya account, visit https://www.paymaya.com/quick-guide/upgrade
3. Qualified users who will RECEIVE an accumulated PHP 10,000* from other PayMaya users will get a P50 cashback voucher. Senders must send the money to the Receiver using PayMaya’s Send Money feature in order for any received amount to qualify and to count towards the P10,000* accumulation requirement.
   
   Any amount in excess of a P10,000* accumulation shall not be carried over nor contribute towards the next P10,000* accumulation.
   
   Sample transactions
   1. User receives P5,000 two (2) times = 1x P50 cashback voucher
      
   2. User receives P7,500 three (3) times = 1x P50 cashback voucher
   3. User receives P8,000 four (4) times = 2x P50 cashback voucher
      i.  First 2 transactions worth P8,000 each = 1 x P50 cashback voucher
      ii. Succeeding 2 transactions worth P8,000 each = 1 x P50 cashback voucher
      
   4. User receives P5,000 six (6) times = 3 x P50 cashback voucher
      i.   First 2 transactions worth P5,000 each = 1 x P50 cashback voucher
      ii.  Succeeding 2 transactions worth P5,000 each = 1x P50 cashback voucher
      iii. Last 2 transactions worth P5,000 each = 1x P50 cashback voucher
      
   5. User receives P20,000 in 1 transaction = 1 x P50 cashback voucher
   
   
4. Receiving and/ or adding money through the following are NOT qualified transactions and will not be counted towards the required P10,000* accumulation:
   1. Bank Transfers to PayMaya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
      
   2. Smart Padala to PayMaya
5. The maximum reward that a qualified user can earn during the promo period is P500* (maximum of 10 cashback vouchers worth P50 each).
   
6. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after a valid accumulation to up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
   
7. The PayMaya user’s current daily and monthly Send Money transaction limits shall still apply during the promo period.
   
8. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
   
9. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
   
10. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
    
11. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
    
12. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
    
13. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
    
14. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
