Get up to P200 when you receive money via PayMaya!

1. Promo period is from May 21-31, 2021.
2. Promo is open to all qualified PayMaya consumer users with upgraded accounts. For more details on how to upgrade, visit https://www.paymaya.com/quick-guide/upgrade
3. Qualified users (RECEIVERS) will earn a P100 voucher for every five (5) UNIQUE PayMaya users (SENDERS) who will send them money.

Additional Requirements and Conditions:

• Received amount must be at least P2,000 in a single transaction.
• A RECEIVER will only be eligible for the P100 cashback for up to two (2) times only (maximum of P200 cashback) during the promo period.
• User can only avail of the P100 cashback for a maximum of ONCE per day.
• SENDERS must send the money to the RECEIVER using PayMaya’s “Send Money” feature
• Receiving and/or adding money through the following are NOT qualified transactions and shall not be eligible for a cashback.
  1. Bank Transfers to PayMaya (including but not limited to InstaPay and PESONet)
  2. Smart Padala to PayMaya

4. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher any time after a valid transaction up to fourteen (14) business days after the promo period.
5. The PayMaya user’s current daily and monthly Send Money transaction limits shall still apply during the promo period.
6. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
7. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
8. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
9. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
   1. Open the PayMaya app and log in to your account
   2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen
   3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under “Available” and tap “Claim”
   4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”
   5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS
   6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your PayMaya account balance
10. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
11. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.    
12. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their cashback on time. The cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts. 
13. The customer must notify PayMaya for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of PayMaya on the complaint with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo, please email support@paymaya.com.
