Get P150 cashback when you cash in for FREE and #ScanToPay at SM!

1. Promo will run from December 6, 2021 – January 31, 2022
2. This promo is open to all verified Maya users (consumer accounts only) who will cash in to their Maya accounts and pay for purchases at SM Store or Waltermart.
3. To avail of the promo, users must follow the sequence below:
   1. Cash in a minimum amount of Php 2,000 to their Maya accounts over-the-counter via SM Store or Waltermart cashiers
   2. Make a single-receipt purchase worth P2,000 paid using Maya QR at the SM Store or Waltermart
      1. If the sequence above is not followed, users will not be qualified for the promo reward
4. The following cash in transactions will not qualify for the promo:
   1. Cashing in via linked online banking account
   2. Transferring of funds from other banks via InstaPay into your Maya account
   3. Receiving money from other Maya users
   4. Other cash in methods not specified in item #3
5. Qualified users will receive a fixed Php P150 cashback for every month of the promo period
6. Users may avail of the promo once (1x) for every month of the promo period
7. The maximum reward users will receive is indicated as follows:
   1. Per qualified transaction: Php 150
   2. Per month: Php 150
   3. For the promo duration: Php 300
8. Transactions made in-store using the Maya physical card will not be qualified for the promo
9. Qualified users will receive their cashback voucher in the Maya app.
10. To redeem the cashback voucher, follow these steps:
    1. Open the Maya app and log in to your account.
    2. Tap “Vouchers” in the home screen.
    3. Select the voucher you want to redeem under "Available" and tap "Claim".
    4. Review the details and amount of the voucher and tap “Claim Now”.
    5. You will receive a notification of the voucher redemption in-app and via SMS.
    6. Redeemed voucher amount will be reflected in your Maya account balance.
11. Qualified users will receive their cashback vouchers from the date of their valid transaction up to fourteen (14) days after the promo period.
12. All Maya users must follow strict compliance with mandatory social distancing requirements as imposed by the Philippine government to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. For your health and safety, always remember to maintain spacing of at least 1 meter in diameter between you and other people while in public areas.
13. Maya users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo. Maya reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the prize or benefit if proven to be a duplicate account or participant is blacklisted.
14. Maya reserves the right to refuse and withdraw the awarding of cashback or rewards to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
15. Maya reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the cashback or benefit.
16. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or biller-initiated, Maya reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even if the cashback has already been credited. Maya reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Maya reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.
17. Maya users with merchant accounts and those under Maya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
