2. This promo is open to all PayMaya Consumer users, specifically users who receive payments for their online selling business.

3. Qualified users (payment recipients or RECEIVERS) will earn one (1) raffle entry when they receive at least P300 from another PayMaya user (SENDER). RECEIVERS can only earn a maximum of one (1) raffle entry for each unique SENDER.
   
   Sample scenario
   a1.   Qualified user receives P300 from PayMaya User A = 1 raffle entry
   a2.  Qualified user receives another P300 from PayMaya User A = no raffle entry will be awarded
   b.    Qualified user receives P200 from PayMaya User B = no raffle entry will be awarded
   c.    Qualified user receives P300 from PayMaya User C = 1 raffle entry
4. Qualified users who will earn raffle entry/ies will have a chance to win one of the following:
   1. Grand Prize:
      1.  P300,000 PayMaya credits– for PayMaya users who are running a personal business whether full time, or as a sideline. (Note: Winner must provide proof of one’s business – e.g. links to his/her product listings on social media, posts in selling community groups, or photos of the winner with the products that she/he sells.)
      2.  P50,000 PayMaya credits – for PayMaya users who will not be able to provide proof of one’s business as stated in 4.A.1.
   2. Minor Prizes:
      1. P20,000 PayMaya credits - or PayMaya users who are running a personal business whether full time, or as a sideline. (Note: Winner must provide proof of one’s business – e.g. links to his/her product listings on social media, posts in selling community groups, or photos of the winner with the products that she/he sells.)
      2. P10,000 PayMaya credits - for PayMaya users who will not be able to provide proof of one’s business as stated in 4.B.1.

5. All raffle entries are accumulative from the start until the end of the promo period. Participants will be notified of their raffle entries via SMS.
6. Qualified participants will receive the following SMS notification regarding the raffle after each valid transaction:

7. A total of 19 winners will be chosen via electronic raffle draw in the presence of a PayMaya and a DTI representative. The raffle draw will take place on the dates mentioned above and will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
8. The winners will be announced to the public on the dates mentioned above. Announcement of winners will be done via the official Facebook page of PayMaya. The promo organizer’s decision to award the prize to the selected winners is final with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.
9. The winner will be notified via registered mail, email, and phone call to their PayMaya- registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption.
10. Winners can only win once.
11. Prizes are non-transferable.
    
12. The winners must agree to have his/her photos and videos taken as part of the materials that will be produced regarding the promo.
13. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from DTI-FTEB.
14. With prior approval of DTI-FTEB, PayMaya Philippines reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within 60 days upon registered notice.
15. This promo can be used in conjunction with other PayMaya promos.
16. PayMaya users with merchant accounts and those under PayMaya Negosyo are disqualified from participating in this promo.
17. This promo is applicable to unique and valid PayMaya accounts only. Multiple payments made from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.
18. Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.
19. PayMaya reserves the right to refuse the awarding of rewards or prizes to accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to win prizes or receive benefits).
20. PayMaya reserves the right to withdraw rewards or prizes to invalid accounts even if the user has already received the prize or benefit.
21. All regular and contractual employees of PayMaya Philippines, Inc., Voyager Innovations, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Inc., Smart Communications, Inc., their affiliates, their advertising agencies, relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, and minors are disqualified to participate in this promo.
22. PayMaya users who have exceeded their aggregate limits may not receive their prize or cashback on time. The prize or cashback can only be credited the following month or once a user’s account balance is once again within the allowable limits – P50,000 for starter accounts and P100,000 for upgraded accounts.
